WELLINGTON PLACE

Honestly, Wellington Place is well situated and close to stores and the highway. I have not had any issues with my neighbors and the parking has not been an issue. I'm glad we chose them and the apartment we got is spacious and suites our needs and desires. We have been here for over 7 months and the fitness center is a good place to go get your exercise, especially on bad weather days.

Wellington has been a very difficult place to live. We have been back charged over $200 for a mistake that the leasing office made, when we asked them, they told us they didn’t care and we needed to pay it. We also were verbally assaulted many times by a neighbor and when we let the leasing office know, all they told us to do was move out. I cannot express how frustrated I am at this community and the lack of support I have received as a tenet. Would not recommend.

Apartment staff offered $750 referral bonus , stating they will honor amount . My aunt moved in and they said they couldn’t give the referral bonus. Complementary trash pick up , not picked up on time will charge you $25 if left out . Will send you pictures. Property staff will come taking pictures at your car - claiming you do not live there . While dumping trash . Pricing is okay . To live here is a hassle.

My wife and I lived here for a total of 2 years. This place is the best apartment complex out there. The leasing agents are great, the maintainence people are so kind, and we’ve met so many incredible neighbors! First, the apartments are nice and spacious. We loved having a fireplace and the renovations were nice! Second, our sweet puppy was so very loved here. She loved going for walks, visiting the leasing office where they would give her treats, and the dog park was the best! Wellington Place didn’t feel like your typical apartment, the layout has a “home” feeling to it and you don’t feel like you are on top of one another. We will miss living here but were ready for a house and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment complex in Fisher’s area! A few special shoutouts: Caitlyn, a maintenance worker, was SO loving to our dog. Everytime we would be on a walk and see her she would stop and give so much attention to our pup! Because Wellington Place does so many neat residental events, we got to meet her dogs also, which was super special! She is so kind and we are thankful for her! Last but not least, we have to give a shout out to Stacey. There aren’t enough words to describe how great she is! Not only is she a wonderful part of Wellington Place and the leasing office, but she also is an all around incredible and inspiring person. She is our dog Hazel’s “twin” as she would say and if we ever needed to talk about anything she was always there. Last Christmas she helped us wrap our gifts at an event and it’s something we will never forget! She truly has become our friend and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness! It was difficult telling her we were moving, however, I know we will be back to visit as often as we can. Wellington Place is more than just an apartment complex, it’s a community and you will not regret living there!

I am beyond impressed with the immediate response and repair of my AC unit. During the Heat wave we are all enduring my unit gave up and within a matter of hours the Hills properties team fixed the problem correctly. Coming home from another day of dripping sweat outdoor work to find a cool 69 degrees I thought Thank You God!!! So Thank you Casey!
